The Directorate General of Captaincies and Guardacostas (DICAPI) was established to ensure maritime safety, security, and protection of the marine environment. Over the years, we have strengthened our capabilities and commitment to international standards.The sea has always been a vital part of our nation's identity, economy, and development.
